The 3 Main Nadis In The Body
Welcome Empowered Sovereign this is the introduction into the 3 Main Nadis in the body. My name is Sonya and I will be your guide in this essential first, I will state to all of the seekers who have enroll into this essential that our energetic make up is a “Divine Vast Network” that is the essence of the entire cosmos spanning into infinity. Furthermore, I can say that learning about your energetic self, which has been a mystery for the collective, but we now know so much more about ourselves energetically, because of the evolution in consciousness has led each person into the up scaling of ones own evolution. You are a Divine Being traveling up the Tree of Life… learning as much knowledge as you can about yourself. It is said that there are 72,000 Nadis that flow throughout the body, and it is my humble opinion knowing that we are infinite by nature the Nadis are infinite by nature as well, therefore again the number is not important however the numbers that are noted are showing us the vastness that we are, by having knowledge and insight about the Nadis. Nadis are streams, channels of energy that flow throughout our body and these energies are prana or chi that flow through our physical, subtle, and causal bodies. When the flow of energy from our nadis and our cakras are flowing in perfect harmony we realize our “True Divine Self”. If there is a blockage in the flow of our Nadis in Cakras we leave and follow the illusion abandoning our “True Divine Self”. Learning about our Nadis in more detail I would suggest reading up more on the Nadis, and finding a teacher that can help you understand metaphysical principles. Nonetheless this introduction essential will give you the knowledge, the foundation of how vast humanity really is. The nadis are a network of energy channels that facilitate the movement of prana in the different organs of our body it is our vital force that gives us life. Nadis are a network of our life force energy prana, our mental and spiritual that flows through the physical body forming a matrix. These vast network of channels provide energy to every cell in our body, it also transports prana in all directions to keep all of our organs properly working for our optimum health. Meditation is an essential tool to purify our nadis and cakras, this filters out toxic food, negative words, actions, negative thoughts, visions, elements, environmental distress, in excess and overload in technology, it brings back the alignment needed so we can remain in a state of harmony. Taking moments aside to do breathing practices will greatly benefit your energetic body… “it really brings back into union our natural state of being,” try it out for yourself because it works” there’s no need for any medication from a doctor, you are now allowing your own natural energy body to restore itself naturally by pausing and incorporating simple breathing practices. Our earth, Mother Earth has provided everything that we need to succeed and thrive, if we listen within our own hearts for our personal truth to gain the balance that is needed for optimum well-being. It reassures your mind and emotions that all is well once you pause and take a breath of life. These are Pranayama practices which are breathing practices to regulate our energies. Our nadis are our masculine and feminine energies correlating with our solar and lunar cycles of the day, and our Ida and Pingala channels run along the left and right sides to meet up at Sushumna, to establish a state of enlightenment.
Now lets begin with our feminine lunar energy which is our Ida nadi, Ida energy controls the left side of our body and this energy is cooling energy that is passive, it controls the right side of our brain which is our intuition, it is receptive, nurturing, imaginative , empathetic, compassionate, soft, caring, discerning, emotional, and sensitive. This is our Yin Moon ๐
This is our Yin Moon ๐ energy which is acceptance of what is. Yin energy is mysterious it is the dark, it is slow, inactive and calm, this is the stillness that is needed for balancing our energies, it is also invisible and relaxed. Our yin energy is responsible for our serene peaceful atmospheres such as when you are going to a spa feeling relaxed and at peace this is the energy of Yin. Our Yin energy channel flows on the left side of our Sushumna nadi originating from the base of the spine, merging with our Pingala nadi at the ajna cakra and ending at the left nostril. Our Ida nadi is a subtle energy with its color being white that is our moon energy which is passive. Our Ida nadi lacks the bravery, confidence and certainty that is required to obtain worldly expressions of awareness. This is why it is a necessary mean to balance our Ida and Pingala nadis for empowerment of self and a state of well being.
Moving on to our Pingala nadi this is our masculine solar energy, it controls the right side of our body, this is our active hot warming energy. It controls the left side of our brain which is responsible for logic and analytical thinking it is our strength, power, vitality, authority, dignity, ego, action, rigid and aggression. This is our Yang Sun โ๏ธ energy which is active fast moving loud energy. This is the superstar on the grand central stage. This energy is also visible and energetic. Our yang energy is responsible for getting things done, steady in motion while displaying leadership attributes. This is our hiker in the middle of the day hiking up the steep mountains to gain accomplishment of self. Our Pingala begins at the Muladhara cakra while it crosses the path of Ida at each cakra and finally makes it to the ajna cakra ending at the right nostril. The Pingala Yang Energy flows through the astral body channel and its color is red which is our solar energy. Fortunate to know that our yin and yang is one cohesive energy that is interconnected yet inter-dependent this is one energy that at certain times of the evening we exert our yin, our more calming soothing peaceful energy, yet during our active day our yang energy is active, fast moving doing energy, the two could not exist without the other it is a continual influx of energy that is always moving. Within Yin there is always Yang and within the Yang there is always Yin there is no separation between the two, it is two aspects of the same source. Yin and yang is a representation of nature, we have our hot and cold, we have our positive and negative we have our light and dark, tall and short these are all opposites but in reality it is really two aspects of the same source. None of these examples that I just stated would not exist without the other and that is how yin and yang is in our reality. Now moving on to our Sushumna this is our central energy channel that is known as the Great River associated with the river Sarawati in Sanskrit. There are three subtle channels in the Sushumna nadi channel, which are the vajra, chitrini, brahma this is where the kundalini energy moves throughout the body from the Muladhara cakra to the Sahasrara cakra. The Sushumna nadi name comes from Sanskrit meaning Su- “good or virtuous“ mna meaning “to think”it is known as “joyful mind” “most gracious“ also the Brahmannadi. The Kundalini energy moves up the Sushumna nadi channel when your Ida and Pingala nadis are balanced in a state of equilibrium. This is where the kundalini energy reaches the Shasarara this is the center of universal consciousness, the center of pure light, to achieve this state your Ida and Pingala are in perfect union with each other bringing forth the harmonic signature of purification in your vessel. This central channel enables yogis to obtain spiritual awakening through yoga, it is also called brahma nadi the passage to brahman or the ultimate being. Our nadis are responsible for our circadian rhythm and our ultradian rhythm which includes our blinking, pulse, hormonal secretions such as growth hormone, blood circulation, arousal, nostril dilation, bowel activity, and appetite, as you can see our nadis are responsible for all of our energetic systems operating, so we can every single day achieve great wellness. Our circadian cycle is a internal process that regulates our sleep and wake cycle and repeat every 24 hours. It is interesting to know that every organism has and is driven by a circadian cycle this includes our plants, animals, because every living organism has a circadian cycle. We respond to our environment being entrained by our environment. Furthermore, every life form is interconnected with each other that makes our environment play a essential part in our circadian cycle.
The Metaphysical and Mythology Principal of The Caduceus
Asclepius The Father of Medicine holding the rod of Asclepius
Throughout the course of consciousness symbols have been a source of communication as well as sound, colors and light. I have read up on Asclepius the father of medicine also the son of Apollo. Apollo named Asclepius because his wife died giving childbirth and Apollo had to cut him out of the womb so Asclepius means to cut open pretty interesting huh… so Asclepius was really great in medicine so great that he could bring back a person from the dead which was not a natural order of things on this planet so Zesus ended his life with a thunderbolt because Asclepius broke the natural order of our universe by bringing people back from the dead and that was called impiety which is a lack of proper respect for sacred things so he had a lack of reverence for sacred things and that was not the order of our universe. The medical symbol for healing is the staff with one snake so essentially the snake represents healing, transformation, releasing old ways of being. Now on to Hermes Trismegistus brother of Apollo, Hermes Trismegistus was sly, quick witted, clever he was brilliant to say the least, he was active, athletic and pushed the limits of what was expected of people in his younger days he was more mischievous. and his story is he stole cattle from his brother Apollo and denied it, Apollo knew that he did this so Hermes convinced his father Zeus does it look like I can still cattle, I m a baby I can’t even walk, Zeus believed him. then the story goes Hermes created this instrument called a lyre he started playing the lyre and Apollo heard Hermes playing and became enchanted by it, Hermes gave his brother Apollo the instrument called the lyre then he gave Hermes the staff the Caduceus….it was known for peace and diplomacy and then throughout the ages it was known for magic and alchemy now today we see it metaphysically representing our Solar and lunar energies coming into Union bringing forth harmony within our energetic vessel. Becoming an enlightened being removing all of the Life‘s ups and downs rising above the chaos of our world, the wings meaning enlightenment rising higher consciousness.
The Caduceus
The Caduceus this is a Greek symbol sourced in Egypt being two snakes moving up the spinal column they represent kundalini energies these etheric channels in Sanskrit are called Ida, Pingala these are conduits that move the energies of the earth up through the body so they can unite with the energies that are brought down and above, bringing the physical and spiritual realms together. This is Serpent energy which is kundalini energy the snakes are associated with the elements water and fire which are our yin feminine moon ๐ energy, and our yang masculine sun โ๏ธ energy. The central staff is the spinal column the Sushumna channel this is the primary channel for our energy. The staff represents the earth, the wings represent the air which is our higher self and there are a total of 24 feathers 12 feathers on each side representing enlightenment and it is a protective force of healing. The wings connect us to the entire cosmos. The ball represents the diamond body, the essencee of spirit. It encases the pineal gland in the center of the brain and it is shown as a crystal or diamond. Bringing these symbols together express optimum balance and connection we all have to higher cosmic intelligence.
