Welcome Empowered Sovereign,
This is day one bringing your shadows to the light. This is a transmission. This is an intimate space where we will be addressing your shadows we will be acknowledging them and integrated in them into your essence that is vast and Whole. We are acknowledging the parts of you That have not seen the light of day only through your eyes. These are fragmented pieces of consciousness that humanity has created during the course of our lifetimes. These shadows live within the human body because it needs a vessel too continue to survive. With tender, loving care we will learn to love our shadow parts. Now you will watch a video and in this video, this is the transmission so get yourself comfortable make sure you are in a disturbed space and make sure throughout the day that you are relaxed, not rushed, not bombarded by many things. This is a day That you have dedicated to your shadows. So let’s begin

Post Care
Now that you have partaken in this transmission it is best to now relax for 30 to 45 minutes, allowing for all of the information of the energy to settle within your body. we have to remember that our body, mind and emotion are resilient and fragile. We have to be gentle and soft with ourselves, and this is how we do it. You will begin to journal about your experience right in the things that may have triggered you write down the things that may have brought harmony and joy within your body and mind.
After you have your dinner, you can go take a walk out in nature for about 30 minutes to an hour again you are being gentle you are connecting and integrating these neglected parts of yourself. We have to remember to be gentle and soft with ourselves. Walking out in nature is one of the best things that a person can do for themselves. Nature is our teacher, the trees, the birds, the grass, the flowers. The butterflies and dragonflies are the classroom where all life meets. Now use your imagination and visualize where you are walking in a magical garden of colorful animals and insects. Allow yourself to see the beauty that is in this setting, smell the flowers in the air. See a beautiful blue sky with white clouds and butterflies all around flying, feel the heat from our great sun upon your body, giving you vitality. If you have a dog, this is an opportune time to walk your dog you are connecting with the life force that is love and love loves company. If you have a cat or any other type of pet spend some time with your pet connect with your pet.
Classical music
Listen to classical music it helps to soothe the mind,the parasympathetic nervous system and to create new growth experiences, and new life to form within your mind and your emotions and down into your body. This is why it is said to allow your newborn to listen to classical music. It is a new growth spurt within the mind. Growing new nerve receptors of perception, and you are feeling your brain with the new essence that you are gaining from your integrated shadows that are united as love.
Take a Shower
Before you go to bed, make sure to take a shower this is where you will reaffirm that you are grounded with roots of integrity you are stating that you are Whole and complete, you are worthy, you are independent, you are compassion, you are powerful and you are a spark of creation.
Breathe in your heart space acknowledge that your heart has expanded and you will have a great night sleep.
